A working proposalPrepared for Judd Lormand · August 2026

Cape Fear just finished its run on Apple TV. Your own website has never heard of it.

This is a working proposal, not a brochure. Before writing a word of it, we did what every casting director and every prospective coaching client now does first: we looked you up — on Google, on IMDb, on the platforms where people actually find working actors and the coaches who train them. Here's what we found, and exactly what we'd do about it.

I

What we found

First — how we got here

You don't know us, so here's the honest version. We're a Dallas studio that builds visibility infrastructure for working talent. This August, while mapping Southeast-based screen actors, your name surfaced through SEAL Team's own credit history — series regular as Eric Blackburn, Seasons 2 through your Season 4 exit. We went looking for your own site next and found juddlormand.net — live, functioning, built on Wix — but selling private acting coaching, not you as an actor: workshop dates that read a year stale, and no mention anywhere of Cape Fear, Manhunt, or anything since 2019. We also checked juddlormand.com — unregistered, sitting open for anyone. Instead of a cold email that says “we build websites,” we did the full workup we'd do for a paying client and put it on this page. Everything on it traces back to a public, verifiable source, checked twice. If any detail is wrong, that's exactly the problem we're describing — tell us and we'll show you how we fix it at the source.

Your résumé backs this up. You recurred all of Season 1 of SEAL Team and were promoted to series regular for Season 2, playing Lt. Cmdr. — later Cmdr. — Eric Blackburn through your Season 4 exit. You played Peacekeeper #3 in The Hunger Games and the Hovercraft Peacekeeper in Catching Fire. Industry press has long rounded your credit list to “70+ films and television shows,” and the work hasn't stopped: Manhunt (Apple TV+, 2024), Big George Foreman (2023), The Naked Gun (2025), Tyler Perry's Duplicity (2025), Lilly (2025), The Hem (2025), and Cape Fear (Apple TV, 2026) — a completed, broadcast role, not an upcoming one. None of it lives on a page you own.

2026Cape Fear's completed Apple TV broadcast run — unmentioned on juddlormand.net

Exhibit — checked August 2026

Your own domain is juddlormand.net — live, built on Wix, and functioning. We checked it the way a prospective coaching client or a casting director would: we typed it in. It loads a “Private Coaching” booking page, a named workshop — the “2 Takes” Workshop, ATL — with dated sessions that read Saturday, April 12 and Sunday, April 13, which lines up with 2025's calendar, not this year's, and a testimonial from actress Paula Malcomson: “I would encourage any actor looking to get ahead, to go out of their way to try to spend some time with Judd.” There's no bio, no reel, no press page, and no credits list anywhere on it. Cape Fear, which completed its Apple TV broadcast run July 31, isn't mentioned. Neither is Manhunt, Big George Foreman, The Naked Gun, Duplicity, Lilly, or The Hem.

juddlormand.net  →  LIVE (Wix)  ·  sells coaching only, zero acting credits   |   juddlormand.com  →  UNREGISTERED

Meanwhile the layer Google and every AI assistant build their answers from is thin. There's no Wikipedia page for you at all — you only appear as a cast-list entry on SEAL Team's own Wikipedia page. Three of your most recent, legitimate credits — Manhunt, Big George Foreman, and Cape Fear — have never had dedicated press coverage naming you. Your verified, 67,900-follower Instagram doesn't link to any of it.

One engine, three doors

Below are three complete, working drafts of your site — live and clickable, built from your verified credits, press, and career record before you'd paid us a dime. They're not sketches, and you're not being asked to buy three websites. Here's how they work:

  1. Pick the one that feels like you. Its design becomes your site; the best ideas from the other two fold into the final build. Nothing is wasted.
  2. Every door ships no matter which look you choose. Three different kinds of people need to find you this year — the casting directors and producers who search cold, the coaching clients your live site is already selling to, and the search engines and AI assistants that currently have almost nothing to go on. Each gets its own entrance.
  3. All three entrances end at the same place: your booking funnel, which rings your phone.
Door 1 · Casting & producers

The Callback

Search your name cold and the trail runs out around 2019. Cape Fear, Manhunt, Big George Foreman, The Naked Gun, Duplicity, Lilly, and The Hem all landed in the last three years — real, broadcast, verifiable — and none of it lives on a page you control. This door is the reel, the credit ledger, and the direct line a casting director actually looks for.

Draft — “The Callback” A classic casting one-sheet built around Blackburn, the Hunger Games films, and the run of 2023–2026 work your own site has never mentioned. See it live →
Door 2 · Private coaching & the workshop

The Coaching Door

juddlormand.net is live, and it's already selling exactly the thing you're actually running — private coaching and the “2 Takes” Workshop, with a testimonial from Paula Malcomson already on the page. But the dated sessions read a year stale, and there's no mention anywhere that the coach was still booking series-regular and Apple TV work this year. A working actor coaching other actors sells better when the credits on the page are current.

Draft — “Two Takes” Your real coaching business, refreshed dates, and your 2023–2026 credit run built in as the credibility layer it's currently missing. See it live →
Door 3 · Search, press & the open .com

The Identity Door

No Wikipedia page exists for you — you only show up as a cast-list entry on SEAL Team's own page. Three legitimate, verifiable 2023–2026 credits have zero dedicated press coverage naming you. And juddlormand.com, the cleaner, more brandable version of your own name, sits unregistered — open for a squatter or a fan account to grab while you hold only the .net that's still stuck selling last year's workshop dates.

Draft — “The Debrief” A tactical, dossier-styled identity fix: the knowledge layer, the domain gap, and the press record your recent work hasn't earned yet. See it live →

The first 90 days

  1. Reclaim your name onlinejuddlormand.net's actor-facing home built out — bio, reel, credits, press — alongside the coaching business it already runs; juddlormand.com secured under your name before anyone else takes it.
  2. Own your identity layerA Wikidata record built (you currently have zero Wikipedia sitelinks — a public record, no login needed), and one consistent bio across every platform, byte for byte.
  3. Wire in the run nobody's coveredCape Fear, Manhunt, Big George Foreman, The Naked Gun, Duplicity, Lilly, and The Hem — all real, all verifiable, none of them currently on a page you own — built into the credit ledger and pitched for the press coverage they've never gotten.
  4. Refresh the coaching businessThe “2 Takes” Workshop and private coaching pages rebuilt with current dates and the Paula Malcomson testimonial preserved, plus the credibility layer of a coach who's still booking series-regular and Apple TV work.
  5. Unify the socialsYour verified, 67.9K-follower Instagram finally linked to the reel, the credits, and the coaching booking page instead of sitting disconnected from all three.

When you say yes — exactly what happens

A $500 deposit from a page you found in your inbox is a real ask, so here is precisely what it sets in motion — day by day, account by account. No mystery, no “we'll figure it out later.”

  1. Same day — you get a person, not a receiptDeposit confirmation from Stripe (Ni Biashara LLC, Dallas), plus a direct message and call from Craig to schedule Working Session #1. Video, or in person if you're ever in Dallas — your choice.
  2. Day 1–3 — Working Session #1 (about 60 minutes)We map juddlormand.net together and confirm whether to secure juddlormand.com under your name before anyone else does; you confirm the facts — credit timeline, current base, the story you want told, since sources on you conflict in places and you're the tiebreaker; and you pick your direction from the three drafts.
  3. Week 1–2 — we build, you keep workingSite built on your chosen direction; reel, photos, and credit assets assembled from what you send us; the workshop and coaching pages refreshed for your sign-off. Expect one short check-in, not homework.
  4. Day 10–14 — Working Session #2 (about 45 minutes)You review the finished site. Together, on one call, we create the accounts that make it findable — each one under your own email, with us on screen-share, never holding your passwords. The table below lists every account, so there are no surprises.
  5. Day 14–21 — launchSite live, juddlormand.net — and juddlormand.com, if secured — pointed at it, Instagram bio updated, balance due ($1,000). The press pitch for your uncovered 2023–2026 run goes out and the monthly service starts — first scorecard 30 days later.

The Visibility Service — ongoing, cancel any month

$300/mo

What a publicist's retainer starts at $3,000 a month for, scoped to what actually moves bookings and coaching sign-ups:

Every month: the knowledge-panel campaign advanced (Wikidata, corroborating sources, consistent citations); your newest credits and press wired into the site and profiles the week they land; AI-assistant answer checks — what ChatGPT, Google, and Perplexity say when someone asks about you — logged and corrected.

Every season: the opportunity map refreshed — casting notices, coaching-cohort timing, and Southeast press openings in your lane — delivered as a one-page brief.

And a one-page scorecard each month: search impressions on your name, answer checks, what changed. You'll never wonder what you're paying for.

Distribution — optional add-on

$200/mo · month-to-month

Your 67.9K on Instagram is a real, verified audience that right now doesn't hear about your credits or your workshop dates in the same place. Every new credit, press hit, and workshop opening can land natively across YouTube, Facebook, and beyond, on a steady cadence. No ad spend. Your work is the advertising; we give the audience it creates somewhere to grow.

Your first quarter, all-in: $2,400. One private coaching client, one workshop cohort, or one booked guest role covers it — and everything it builds stays yours.
Rather talk to a human first? Good instinct.

We wouldn't send $500 to strangers off one web page either. So take the smaller step: 30 minutes with Craig, video or phone, no pitch beyond what's on this page. Pick any open slot on the calendar — or email twe@nibiashara.biz / call (945) 408-3226; it's answered in Dallas.

Book 30 minutes with Craig

This pricing is held for 21 days. One honest note on urgency: juddlormand.com is sitting open right now — free for anyone to register, including someone with no connection to you. Whatever you decide about us, close that gap before someone else does.

You built a series-regular run, two Hunger Games films, and a coaching business people fly in for — one role, one client, one workshop at a time. The casting directors, coaching prospects, and press ready to find you next deserve to find the same person you've already built.
